AI-Augmented Full Stack Developer

About the job:

We are looking for an entry-level full-stack developer who can work closely with our team to build and maintain production-ready applications using modern frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable coding under guidance, actively uses LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Replit AI, etc.) while developing, and is able to turn high-level instructions into reliable, maintainable software.
You will work on real-world business applications across operations, automation, and data workflows. The primary expectation is that you can combine your coding fundamentals with strong LLM-assisted problem-solving to build functional, efficient, and stable systems.

Key responsibilities:

1. Implement frontend and backend features based on clear guidance and functional requirements.
2. Use LLMs effectively to generate, refine, and debug code.
3. Maintain consistent project structure, documentation, and coding standards.
4. Build APIs, integrate third-party services, and work with databases.
5. Write test cases (with LLM support) to ensure code reliability.
6. Participate in architectural discussions and follow established patterns.
7. Ensure code quality, security basics, and performance best practices.
8. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and iterate quickly.
9. Work with Git for version control, code reviews, and structured collaboration.
10. Support deployment pipelines (CI/CD), Dockerization, and environment setup with AI assistance.
