About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI/ML (Python) Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Engineering, and AI solution development. You will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, developing production-ready ML models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent business solutions.

The candidate must have hands-on industry experience in developing, training, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications
• Build and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Recommendation Systems, and Generative AI projects
• Develop robust data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
• Perform data analysis and model evaluation using statistical techniques
• Fine-tune and optimize model performance for accuracy and scalability
• Deploy ML models using APIs, containers, and cloud platforms
• Integrate AI models with backend systems and web applications
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data teams
• Monitor model performance and retrain models when required
• Maintain proper technical documentation and coding standards
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and research trends

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
