Azure Application Developer

Overview

Job Summary

We are hiring an Azure Application Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience in application development using Java or .NET, along with a working knowledge of AI/ML concepts or integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure, and be comfortable integrating AI-driven features into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure
• Write high-quality code in Java or .NET (C#/VB.NET)
• Integrate AI/ML APIs, models, or frameworks into existing or new applications
• Work with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure AI Services, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, DevOps, and QA
• Contribute to architecture design and technology decisions
• Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Java or .NET (C#/VB.NET) application development
• Strong experience developing applications on Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, etc.)
• Exposure to or experience integrating AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI APIs)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows
• Experience with relational databases and cloud-based data services (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, AI Engineer Associate)
• Knowledge of Python for AI integration is a plus
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes on Azure)
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments
• Understanding of data pipelines and analytics tools (Azure Data Factory, Power BI)
