We are looking for a skilled Azure Databricks Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable data solutions using Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, the ability to independently analyze complex requirements, and a proactive mindset to mentor junior team members and drive best practices across the team

.Key Responsibilities

• :Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks
• .Write efficient SQL queries and manage data using SQL constraints, operators, and data manipulation techniques
• .Collaborate directly with clients/customers to gather, understand, and document technical requirements (e.g., IRD/IDD, Extraction SQLs)
• .Independently analyze and implement solutions based on functional and technical requirements
• .Review peer code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards
• .Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous learning within the team
• .Work with cross-functional teams to explore existing systems, identify potential risks, and propose improvement opportunities
• .Share knowledge and implement best practices related to quality assurance and code quality

.Required Skills

• :5+ years of experience in Azure Databricks development
• .Strong proficiency in SQL, including constraints, joins, subqueries, and data manipulation
• .Experience working with Azure ecosystem and cloud data tools
• .Ability to analyze technical documentation and translate it into development tasks
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders
• .Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
