Role Overview
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure, optimize deployments, and ensure high system reliability. This role sits at the intersection of cloud operations, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure engineering.

You//'ll work cross-functionally with development, data, and security teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Automation

• Design and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform with modular practices

• Automate deployment pipelines via Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes

• Build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across Azure cloud services

Containerization & Orchestration

• Manage Kubernetes clusters and deployments using Helm charts

• Deploy and scale containerized applications with Docker and Azure DevOps Pipelines

• Support OpenShift container platform integrations when required

Monitoring & Observability

• Set up and maintain observability stacks using Elastic Stack (Metricbeat, Filebeat, Kibana)

• Troubleshoot and monitor infrastructure health, application performance, and system logs

Scripting & Workflow Automation

• Automate tasks using Python, Bash, Ansible, or PowerShell

• Create reusable automation playbooks to streamline manual operational work

Security & Compliance

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to enforce best practices on encryption, secrets management, and access control

• Ensure infrastructure aligns with compliance standards and audit requirements

Documentation & Support

• Maintain clear documentation on infrastructure architecture, CI/CD processes, and operational runbooks

• Provide support in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues

Must-Have Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in a DevOps role

• Strong knowledge of Azure services, Azure DevOps, and Git workflows

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible

• Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Familiar with monitoring and logging using Elastic Stack (or similar tools)

• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines in a production environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with OpenShift or hybrid cloud environments

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT workflows, data modeling, or data lake architectures

• Azure DevOps certification or equivalent cloud certifications

• Experience with security best practices in DevOps environments

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

• Azure certification in DevOps or Cloud Engineering (Preferred)
