Back End Developer (Python) - Delhi

Requirements

• 2–4 years of backend development experience using Python and Django

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Django ORM, and backend architecture

• Proficient in relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL

• Experience with Git and version control best practices

• Knowledge of web security practices and authentication systems

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Good communication and teamwork capabilities

• Bonus: Experience with DRF, Celery/asyncio, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services using Python/Django

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices

• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams

• Optimize code performance and ensure backend scalability

• Integrate third-party APIs and external tools

• Manage database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL/MySQL

• Develop secure authentication and authorization systems

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Maintain documentation for codebases and system designs
