Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Create process models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation to support analysis.
- Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Present findings, recommendations, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Support project planning and monitor project performance, risks, and issues.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
