Role & Responsibilities: The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders, and helping to design solutions that drive business efficiency.
Strategic Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges.
- Conduct high-level analysis to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather strategic requirements.
Project Leadership:
- Act as the lead analyst on large, complex projects, guiding junior analysts when necessary.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on business requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and evaluation.
Requirement Elicitation and Documentation:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs.
- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques such as UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams.
Solution Design and Validation:
- Translate business needs into system design specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design technical solutions aligned with business strategies.
- Validate solutions through functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Data Analysis and Insight Generation:
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and anomalies.
- Develop advanced dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and project sponsors.
- Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and project managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on strategic decisions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive analysis reports and presentation decks for leadership reviews.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and change requests.
- Create user manuals and training guides to support system adoption.
Mentoring and Leadership:
- Mentor and train junior Business Analysts in methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct peer reviews of analysis work to ensure high standards and accuracy.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops within the analysis team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills:
Must Have
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud platforms, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure Software Testing environment
