Job Description:

Technource is seeking an experienced and self-driven Business Analyst (BA) with strong communication skills and hands-on expertise in requirement gathering for web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working across multiple industries and managing client interactions independently within a service-based company environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have worked in service-based companies, handling multiple projects and clients.
• Proven domain experience in FinTech, Real Estate, Education, and E-commerce or similar sectors.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients (written & spoken English must be excellent) and finalize project requirements independently — no need for senior BA or PM involvement.
• Strong proficiency in preparing documentation such as Scope of Work (SOW), BRD, FRS/FSD, SRS/SRD, and wireframes.
• Hands-on experience in writing requirements for both Web and Mobile Application projects.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Working knowledge of wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Should have a good understanding of technology stacks to recommend suitable tech solutions based on project needs.
• Awareness or exposure to modern technologies like AI, Blockchain, and IoT is an added advantage.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks and client communications independently and proactively.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
