Position Overview:

Allo Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our Business operations Team at our Indiranagar office in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in contributing to meaningful projects in the healthcare industry while collaborating closely with both business and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst Intern on the Business Operations Team, you will:

• Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyse and visualise data, providing insights that drive business improvements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies
• Work closely with various teams to provide analytical support.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and SQL to track key program metrics.
• Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to business teams

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualisation.
• Proficiency in SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with business and clinical teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
