Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Analyst Intern or Fresher to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Gandhinagar, ideal for
recent graduates who are eager to begin their career in business analysis and digital transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Help analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with senior BAs and project teams to understand client objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Support communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in business analysis and process documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field (Final year students can apply for internships).
• Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn business analysis tools and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; exposure to tools like Figma or Jira is a bonus.
• Enthusiasm to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
