Business Analyst Internship

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, research, and reporting within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to business operations and performance.
• Support in documenting business requirements and user stories for ongoing projects.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
• Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, IT) to collect and interpret data.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
