Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in Excel and Power BI, and at least 2 years of experience in automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing data visualization for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Utilize Excel for advanced data manipulation, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
• Automate data processes and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant data policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on Excel and Power BI.
• Proven experience in automating data workflows, using tools such as VBA or Power Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
