Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team for a government project based in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database management, and scripting using MS SQL and Python, with over 5 years of experience in similar roles. The role involves working closely with government stakeholders to manage, analyze, and report on large sets of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Work with stakeholders to identify data requirements and reporting needs.
• Maintain and optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Automate data processes using Python scripts.
• Prepare clear documentation and data reports for project teams and government authorities.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and confidentiality in compliance with project guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS SQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
• Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and machine learning basics.
• Experience in working on government or public sector projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.E. graduate with relevant certifications in Data Analytics, MS SQL, and Python.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end data analysis assignments.
• Willing to work from Rajkot on a full-time basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
