We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In This Role, You Will
- Closely work with Developers, stakeholders and management Leads to present data analysis results, assist in solution design and implementation.
- Understand and manage client/stakeholders’ requirements and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction in project initiatives & deliverables.
- Support analytical needs of the business teams and functions.
- Communicate with Product Owner and agile Pod on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
- Self starter, taking ownership of issues until resolution in a timely manner.
- Work across various platforms and collaborate with other support teams.
- Drive development of consistent and timely documents
- Accept overall responsibility and accountability for deliverables as required.
- Should be flexible in working hours and ready to work in shifts when required.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Education - Engineering Graduate / MCA
- Should have 6-8 years of experience in Data analysis using Spark, Scala & Hadoop, preferably in Banking / Financial services.
- Ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on the data.
- Experience in presenting analysis findings, both written and orally to Developers as well as non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical/problem solving capabilities, ability to conceptualize solutions and anticipate future direction and trends.
- Should learn quickly about new businesses, processes, and systems.
- Ability to work at pace, communicate clearly, operate independently and a good team player
- Good to have – knowledge of HDFS filesystems, Unix, and Quantexa software.
- Optional understanding of Cloud platforms.
