About The Team
The highly motivated team builds scalable data platforms, scorecards, and AI/ML-driven insights to empower Distribution Centers (DCs) with data-informed decision-making. The team delivers end-to-end solutions to forecast labor and transportation needs, optimize inventory flow, and improve operational efficiency across the supply chain network. By integrating real-time data, advanced analytics, and machine learning, the team enables proactive planning and performance visibility to meet evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade data solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Dataproc, and Apache Airflow
- Resolve complex, cross-functional architecture issues; identify bottlenecks and drive system-wide optimization
- Partner with enterprise architects to ensure platform solutions are flexible, scalable, and aligned with strategic roadmaps
- Act as a technical mentor across software development lifecycle phases; promote best practices, design patterns, and clean architecture
- Data Engineering & Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines, data lakes, and curated layers that support various HR functional domains
- Integrate diverse data sources (DBMS, file systems, APIs, and streaming systems) with a focus on scalability, data integrity, and observability
- Build semantic models and enable self-serve analytics by implementing LookML-based models, semantic layers, and Looker dashboards
- Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to deploy scalable, reusable dashboards in Looker Studio Pro, driving real-time insights and decision-making
- Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to support the deployment of models, ensuring high performance and observability
- Facilitate model lifecycle management using Vertex AI, integrating it with curated data pipelines for seamless training and inference
- Contribute to the development and integration of Agentic AI frameworks to support LLM-driven workflows, autonomous agents, and intelligent orchestration
- Influence adoption of AI/ML best practices, including MLOps, model governance, and real-time feedback loops
- 5+ years in software / IT development
