Overview
- You will be part of a dynamic young team serving some of the biggest brands in the region and globally.

- Opportunity to work on data science and advance analytics for some of the biggest categories and top advertisers in the region & extend your learning opportunities.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, and reporting.
- Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources to extract valuable business insights.
- Ensure the quality of report (data accuracy, Standard format, Naming Convention, Repository Maintenance)
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences, including Senior stakeholders, fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Apply logical and analytical thinking to solve business challenges efficiently.
- Proactively identify and solve challenging business problems related to marketing measurement, attribution, and optimization, leveraging your expertise in data science and marketing science.
- Understanding the structure and interworking of GDT and AssemblyGlobal agencies.
- Manipulate large data sets and applies various technical and statistical analytical techniques (OLS, Multinomial Logistic Regression, LDA, clustering, segmentation) to draw insights from large datasets.
- Measure, validate, implement, monitor, and improve performance of both internal and external facing models.
- Design and implement models for several Digital Marketing metrices including but not limited to: Transaction Classification, Temporal Analysis, MMM, MTA from structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure smooth support to end users for Build, Maintenance, Change Management, and Issue resolution.
- Developing and refining MMM & MTA models to measure the impact of various marketing channels.
- Analyze, interpret, co-relate large datasets to identify trends, patterns and critical insights that solve strategic business problems.
- Ensure highest level of data accuracy, timely delivery with quality outcomes and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Using Statistical and ML techniques to predict customer behaviour and optimize marketing strategies.
- Master of analytics processes, tools and deliverables.
- Spearhead the development of a unified marketing measurement framework through triangulation and other innovative approaches, driving a deeper
- Champion best data and analytics practices within the team.
- Implement new and innovative ideas bringing in improved quality and efficiency.
- Introduce new methodologies and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Data Science, Economics, Statistics.
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist specializing AI, marketing science, and experimental design, with a proven track record in the digital marketing landscape, and a clear understanding of prediction models, classifiers, marketing channel mix, attribution, user behavior and website performance.
- Experience with statistical regression and attribution modeling such as MMM, MTA.
- Experience with data processing and visualization tools such as SQL, MYSQL, Python (NymPy, TensorFlow), PySpark, Tableau, Power BI, AWS (Athena, Redshift, S3), GCP (BigQuery, DataProc).
- Extraordinary analytical and quantitative skills and hands-on experience with advanced modeling methods.
- Expert-level proficiency and detailed understanding of statistical/ML predictive techniques such as regression/classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction, forecasting, optimization etc. and at least one of the upcoming technologies like deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning (RL), and Bayesian methods.
