About the Client:

The company has been a global leader in delivering cutting-edge in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) solutions for over 40 years.

Synopsis:

We’re looking for an Embedded C/C++ Engineer with 5–13 years of hands-on coding experience to join our Client. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems, lead a team of developers, and contribute to overall system architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Review code and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2)
• Lead a team of 4–8 engineers on technical delivery
• Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure performance & reliability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies
• Participate in sprint planning and team ceremonies

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in system debugging, performance analysis, and embedded systems development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and efficient deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in C/C++ with a solid understanding of STL, asynchronous programming, third-party library integration, and API development/integration.
• Good understanding of Linux systems, including networking concepts, kernel-level interactions, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and code refactoring skills
• Primarily on-site role (100%), with WFH allowed only in exceptional cases
