Endpoint and Data Security-Consultant - Hyderabad

Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to support endpoint and data security operations within the Endpoint and Data Security team. This role helps maintain and enhance controls across web proxy, certificate management, endpoint protection, device control, and data security platforms. The position works closely with member firm teams, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve incidents, support projects, and sustain platform health. The role is based in Hyderabad and supports an aligned shift schedule for the serving member firm.

As a Consultant, Cyber Engineering on the Endpoint and Data Security team, you will be responsible for…

• Managing incidents, requests, problem tasks, and service changes for endpoint and data security platforms in line with defined service levels
• Troubleshooting Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker, certificate, file transfer, device control, and endpoint protection issues, including root cause analysis and exception handling
• Administering certificate lifecycle activities, platform health checks, configuration updates, and compliance support across assigned security tools
• Coordinating with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, support audits, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain operational documentation
