Opportunity for Professionals with Discontinued CA / CMA / CFA / ACCA (with optional subjects FM and AFM) Qualifications.
We are looking for individuals who have pursued professional finance qualifications such as CA, CMA, or CFA, but have discontinued the program mid-way for any reason.

Job Responsibilities:
Equity & Fixed Income
· Maintain and regularly update master reference data for equity instruments issued across global markets.
· Analyze and extract relevant data from offer documents, corporate disclosures, annual reports, and stock exchange filings.
· Process and validate equity corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, bonus issues, mergers, demergers, takeovers, rights issues, and spin-offs.
· Monitor corporate actions timelines and ensure accurate capture and communication of key event details to internal stakeholders..
· Maintain and manage detailed reference data for fixed income securities, including bonds, debentures, and other debt instruments.
· Process corporate actions related to fixed income instruments, including interest payments, partial/full redemptions, calls, and conversions.
Basic Qualifications:
Any finance Graduate (B.Com, BMS, BIM, BFM, BAF, BBA) or Post graduate (M.Com, MMS, PGDM in Finance) or equivalent. A strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and corporate finance
Job Requirement:
