AdBanana is building AI infrastructure for commerce creativity:
- AI-generated ad creatives
- AI catalog generation
- AI fashion/editorial photoshoots
- campaign generation
- visual commerce automation
- SKU-scale creative refresh systems
- AI-native marketing workflows We believe the global commerce visual production industry — catalog shoots, campaign shoots, ad creatives, adaptation work, design pipelines, creative ops — is about to be rewritten by AI. Not improved. Rewritten. And we want to build one of the companies that defines this shift.
The Context
Today:
- brands spend crores every year on creative production,
- agencies and design teams struggle with scale,
- performance marketers wait days or weeks for creatives,
- commerce teams reuse stale catalog images,
- and ad fatigue destroys ROAS. Meanwhile AI models are becoming exponentially more powerful every few months. We are building the operating system between: commerce catalogs → AI generation → performance marketing → creative iteration at scale. This is not another wrapper. This is a systems + workflow + infra company built around one of the largest shifts happening in software globally.
Why This Role Is Different
Most engineering jobs:
- optimize existing systems,
- maintain old architecture,
- attend meetings,
- move Jira tickets,
- and spend years inside a hierarchy. This role is the opposite. You will operate almost like a technical co-founder. You will:
- architect systems,
- ship at extreme speed,
- leverage AI aggressively,
- make product decisions,
- own infrastructure,
- influence GTM,
- build internal tooling,
- experiment constantly,
- and directly shape the future of the company. There are no layers here. No bureaucracy. No “this is not my responsibility.” Only speed, ownership, intelligence, execution, and ambition.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an unusually high-agency engineer.
Someone who:
- ships insanely fast,
- learns independently,
- uses AI as a force multiplier,
- can build across frontend/backend/infrastructure,
- understands product intuitively,
- and thrives in ambiguity instead of fearing it. You should be comfortable:
- building production systems yourself,
- debugging infrastructure at 2am,
- experimenting with new models weekly,
- talking to customers,
- improving UX,
- optimizing latency,
- designing scalable systems,
- and figuring things out without waiting for instructions. You do not need to know everything already. But you must have the ability to learn anything extremely quickly.
Technical Environment
You may work across:
- AI image/video generation workflows
- large-scale generation pipelines
- realtime systems
- GPU/model orchestration
- frontend product experiences
- performance optimization

- commerce integrations
- Meta ecosystem integrations
- distributed job systems
- prompt architecture

- infrastructure scaling We care more about:
- speed,
- intelligence,
- product instinct,
- adaptability,
- and execution quality than specific frameworks.
Who Should Apply
This role is for people who:

What Winning Looks Like
Within 12–24 months, you could become:
- the core technical brain of the company,
- Head of Engineering,
- VP Engineering,
- or technical co-founder–level leadership internally. You will have direct influence over:
- architecture,
- product direction,
- AI strategy,
- hiring,
- culture,
- velocity,
- and company trajectory.
