Job Title: Front-End Developer (Wordpress)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Front-End Developer with around 1.5 years of experience and working knowledge of WordPress development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building responsive websites, customizing WordPress themes, and working with designers to bring UI/UX to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Customize and implement WordPress themes and plugins
• Build pages using Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg page builders
• Work closely with the design team to convert mockups into functional websites
• Perform website maintenance, updates, and bug fixes
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Follow SEO and accessibility best practices during development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in front-end development
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Familiarity with WordPress dashboard and theme customization
• Page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with responsive design principles
• Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL
• Comfortable with tools like Git, VS Code, and browser developer tools
• Attention to detail, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce
• Exposure to Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for design handoff
• Basic understanding of SEO and website speed optimization
• Hands-on with hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel or WordPress hosting)
