Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

SME Chamber of India is seeking a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer to help us build and scale impactful digital solutions from the ground up. As we expand our technological capabilities, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end development — from frontend interfaces to backend systems — and lay the foundation for a strong technical future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies
• Design intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Build robust backend services and APIs with Node.js, Express.js, or similar
• Work with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL for data storage and management
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand functional requirements and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain software to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Manage code repositories using Git and follow best practices for clean, modular code

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with backend technologies: Node.js, Express.js, or similar
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Version control using Git (GitHub or GitLab)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience in deploying applications using Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of basic DevOps principles
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and task tracking tools
