Traction Shastra is a digital solutions agency building high-performance websites, SaaS platforms, and automation tools for clients and in-house ventures. We’re now expanding into mobile app development — and this is your chance to build that vertical with us from the ground up.

Role Overview:

We’re hiring our first-ever Mobile App Developer Intern — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead. If you're confident in both Flutter frontend and basic backend/API development, and you're excited about building complete apps (not just screens), this is your chance to own the mobile tech stack at Traction Shastra.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of mobile apps using Flutter
• Set up backend APIs using Firebase, Node.js, or PHP
• Manage database connections and CRUD operations
• Build user authentication, push notifications, and integrations
• Deploy working versions and test them in real-time
• Work closely with design, content, and leadership for app goals
• Document your work and help define processes for future mobile devs

Who You Are:

• Confident with Flutter & Dart (not just beginner level)
• Able to work independently without a senior Flutter developer
• Familiar with backend (Firebase preferred, or Node/PHP/MySQL)
• Comfortable with app architecture, REST APIs, and cloud deployment
• Excited to build things from scratch and take responsibility
• Open to feedback and quick to adapt

Bonus If You Know:

• State management tools (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
• Admin panel creation
• Play Store / App Store deployment process
• Tools like Postman, GitHub, Figma, Firebase Console, etc.
