We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

(This is Project-Based Hiring, so the job is only for Fix Duration of time, only for the period of Project Development and Deployment, and a Support Period of a fixed term, which will be discussed upon hiring offer)

Key Responsibilities:

1. App Development: Design and build advanced, scalable applications using the
2. Flutter SDK and Dart programming language.
3. UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes and designs into beautiful, responsive, and highly interactive user interfaces.
4. State Management: Architect and manage application state efficiently using tools like Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider.
5. API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs to connect the frontend with backend services.
6. Performance Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure smooth animations/rendering.
7. Code Quality: Write clean, readable, well-documented, and testable code. Conduct thorough code reviews and write unit/widget tests.
8. Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment process, publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ship new features in an agile environment.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
2. 2. Strong understanding of iOS and Android mobile lifecycles, deployment practices, and design guidelines such as Material Design and Cupertino.
3. 3. Proven experience with state management architectures such as Bloc or Riverpod.
4. 4. Strong proficiency in Git and standard version control workflows.
5. 5. Experience with local storage and caching solutions such as Hive, Isar, SQLite, or SharedPreferences.
6. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex asynchronous code effectively.
7. Nice-to-Have Skills:
8. 1. Experience with Native iOS development using Swift or Objective-C, or Native Android development using Kotlin or Java for custom platform channels.
9. 2. Familiarity with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.
10. 3. Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications using tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
11. 4. Knowledge of Flutter Web or Desktop deployment.
