Overview
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our growing engineering team in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment. In this role, you will be responsible for building modern, scalable software solutions across both web and mobile platforms. You should be comfortable working across the full technology stack—designing responsive frontends, developing secure and efficient backend services, and creating robust APIs that seamlessly integrate with third-party platforms such as payment gateways, messaging systems, and enterprise tools. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to convert business requirements into clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will design and develop applications using the latest frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, React Native or Flutter on the frontend, and Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Java (Spring Boot) on the backend. You will work with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, and implement caching strategies using tools like Redis. You will also be responsible for building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating external services, implementing authentication flows, and ensuring high performance, reliability and security across the ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to architect scalable features, participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and follow best practices in coding, DevOps and deployment. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation using Docker, and Git version control is expected.
