About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer capable of building AI-native applications end-to-end—from designing agentic workflows to shipping production-ready full-stack products. If you’ve previously built products as a founder or founding engineer, can make decisions independently, and operate with deep accountability, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll work across AI agents, LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex orchestration, next-gen frontends in Next.js, robust backends in FastAPI, and scalable data layers in Postgres & MongoDB.

What We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience building agentic AI applications with LangGraph and related frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, FastAPI, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of Postgres + MongoDB.
• Experience with vector search and AI data workflows (nice but not required).
• Ability to design and ship complete systems with high autonomy.

What You Will Do
AI Product Engineering

• Build agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Architect multi-step agent workflows, tool-use pipelines, and context orchestration.
• Implement prompt strategies, RAG pipelines, and performance-optimized inference paths.

Full-Stack Development

• Develop responsive, modern UIs with React and Next.js.
• Build robust backend services using FastAPI (Python).
• Design clean, maintainable REST/GraphQL APIs supporting AI and frontend systems.

Data & Infrastructure

• Work with both Postgres and MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.
• Integrate vector databases and embedding workflows where needed.
• Deploy and scale apps on AWS/GCP/Azure/Vercel or other modern cloud environments.

Ownership & Leadership

• Translate ideas into prototypes rapidly—and evolve them into polished products.
• Make key architectural decisions with minimal oversight.
• Operate with founder-level responsibility: accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.
