Overview

Job Title: HUB Business Analyst

Location: South HUB Headquarters, Brigade Road, Bengaluru Salary: ₹12 LPA (Fixed Annual CTC) Work Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Office Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM Leaves: 12 Casual Leave (CL) + 15 Privilege Leave (PL) annually Benefits: As per G4S standard employment policy (includes statutory benefits like PF, ESI, insurance, and other internal perks)

Role Purpose

The Hub Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving commercial excellence across the South Hub. This position uses data-driven insights to support decision-making, performance tracking, and implementation of key business strategies. The role also acts as a key liaison between zones/COCs and corporate functions, ensuring alignment of commercial and operational goals. The incumbent directly supports the Hub Head in executing the hub’s strategic agenda.

Reporting Structure

• Administrative Reporting: Hub Head – South

• Functional Reporting: Commercial Head – G4S India

Key Responsibilities1. Business Systems & Data Management

• Manage the hub’s data and ensure accuracy across systems like Salesforce, ERP-SOM, Saturn, iBAAP, and TTT.

• Ensure timely and correct updates of SSIP Project entries.

• Lead zonal business analysts and COC/Cluster coordinators to ensure compliance with data reporting standards.

2. Commercial & Strategic Analysis

• Prepare and share regular analytical reports on:

• New Sales

• Terminations & Threat Accounts

• Price Increases & Realization

• Contract Renewals & Lifecycle Management

• Service Changes (Additions/Reductions)

• Client-wise Margin Analysis

• Trade Review Preparation

• Other strategic insights as requested by leadership

3. Operational & Financial Support

• Follow up with internal teams and clients for timely execution of price revisions.

• Assist in maintaining SLA compliance across major client accounts.

• Support the Hub Head in preparing the annual financial budget.

• Create and manage new sales orders and change orders.

4. Top Account Oversight

• Monitor and manage data for the Top 20 accounts in the hub, including:

• Manpower deployment

• SLA compliance

• Profitability and cost analysis

5. Administrative & Coordination Support

• Prepare letters, formal communications, and minutes of critical meetings.

• Assist in organizing periodic hub-level meetings, leadership calls, and teleconferences.

• Manage appointments, schedule, and priority tasks for the Hub Head.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

• MBA (Finance/Operations/Strategy preferred)

• OR CA (Chartered Accountant)

• OR CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

• Equivalent qualifications with strong analytical foundation may also be considered

• Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in business analytics, MIS reporting, commercial strategy, or operations support roles

• Experience in the security services, facilities management, or manpower outsourcing industries will be preferred

Key Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools

• Working knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, RAMCO, or similar ERP/CRM platforms

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to document/report effectively

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
