Overview

Position: Network Engineer

We are seeking a Network Engineer & Server Hardware to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure at ExeLance IT.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure, install and maintain various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, RDP QoS, etc.
• Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues remotely or in person to the team.
• Actively coordinate with vendors, internet service providers and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Manage usewise network speed.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Maintain and manage company assets, accessories and its documentation.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
• Responsible for managing and resolving any issues related to electricity and internet connectivity in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet business needs and requirements.

Skills Required:

• Graduated in BE (computer)/ BSC/ BCA/ Diploma in IT.
• Experience with P2P Networking and Sophos firewall Management.
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, Software, Networks, Server Client Architecture, Domain, Network, DHCP, DNS, Anti-Virus, MS Patch Management and Troubleshooting Concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
