IT Executive

Overview

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, be comfortable with on-site/field work, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
• Conduct routine IT checks and ensure system security and backup
• Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services
• Provide on-site support at different locations as and when required
• Maintain IT documentation including asset tracking, licenses, and inventory
• Assist in setting up workstations for new employees

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications
• Understanding of basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Experience in troubleshooting and providing IT support
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and on-site IT support
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
