IT Infrastructure Executive

Urgent Hiring | IT Infrastructure Executive – Websol Energy System Ltd.

Location: Falta Plant (West Bengal)

Experience: Upto 6 Years

Employment Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the company’s entire IT infrastructure

Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, switches, and routers

Handle hardware/software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting

Ensure data backups, security, and disaster recovery procedures

Provide support for users across systems and applications

Work across multiple shifts to ensure continuous IT support

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs

Qualifications & Experience:

✅ Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field

✅ Hardware & Networking certification is essential

✅ CCNA and MCP certifications are a plus

✅ Up to 6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and support

✅ Good problem-solving and communication skills

✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Day & Night)
