IT Support Engineer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting system and network issues, handling IT inventory, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services within the company. This role requires hands-on experience in firewall management, Microsoft 365 administration, and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management – Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. System Preparation & Troubleshooting – Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and software applications. Application Issue Handling – Diagnose and resolve software and application-related issues for end users. Network Issue Management – Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues. Firewall Management – Configure and manage firewalls, ensuring network security policies are enforced. Microsoft 365 Administration – Manage user accounts, licenses, email configurations, and security policies within the MS 365 environment. IT Inventory Management – Maintain records of IT assets, track hardware/software usage, and ensure timely procurement. Basic Office Admin Work – Assist with IT-related office administrative tasks, including vendor coordination and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.

· Experience with network troubleshooting and firewall management.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.

· Familiarity with IT asset and inventory management.

· Understanding of basic office administration tasks.

✔ Soft Skills:

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

✔ Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

· years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

· Certifications in Microsoft 365, Networking, or Firewall Security (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
