IT Technical Support Engineer

Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer with Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and marketing strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to customers while also contributing to marketing efforts through your deep understanding of our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers via various channels including phone, email, chat, or On- Site Technical Support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional technical support and demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business needs.
• Gather customer feedback and insights during on-site visits and effectively communicate them to internal teams for product improvement and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on how they can maximize the value of the company's products/services.
• Document all on-site activities, including technical configurations, troubleshooting steps, and customer interactions, in the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support/customer service roles, preferably with field support experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in marketing or sales support roles is a plus, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations, including overnight stays as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Fresher to 1 Year

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
