About the Role:

We’re hiring a seasoned Java Backend Developer with 8+ years of experience to build high-performance, scalable, and non-blocking backend systems. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build backend services using Java (8+) and Spring Boot
• Develop reactive microservices with Spring Web Flux and Project Reactor
• Work with MongoDB (schema design, collections, aggregation)
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs
• Write unit/integration tests using JUnit and Mockito
• Implement asynchronous and non-blocking architecture
• Perform performance tuning and manage memory usage
• Use Git, basic CI/CD, and Docker for development and deployment

Mandatory Skills:

• Java (8+ years), Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux
• MongoDB (collections, schema, aggregations)
• Project Reactor / Reactive Programming
• REST APIs, JUnit, Mockito
• Asynchronous systems, performance tuning
• Docker (basic), Git, CI/CD (basic)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
• Agile team experience preferred
