Were on the hunt for a Java Backend Developer to help build cutting-edge, high-performance backend systems in the banking and financial services space. This is a hands-on, zero-support, pure development role for passionate problem-solvers
What Youll Do
- Build scalable microservices using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Design robust REST APIs and backend systems
- Apply solid OOPS and DSA skills to solve real-world challenges
- Collaborate in an Agile team with DevOps, QA & frontend developers
- Deliver clean, testable, production-ready code
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Ecosystem, and Hibernate/JPA
- Hands-on microservices architecture knowledge
- Deep understanding of DSA, OOP, and system design
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience in finance, banking, or fintech domains (bonus!)
- Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of security/compliance in BFSI applications
