Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst Associate for our upcoming Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) election project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling large-scale political and voter data, ensuring data accuracy through cleaning and validation, and presenting actionable insights through visual dashboards. This is a project-based position requiring an immediate joiner with a strong understanding of political dynamics and data interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets related to voter behavior, booth-level trends, and campaign outreach.

Analyze data to identify key patterns, outliers, and correlations relevant to the PMC election.

Create visual reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Collaborate with political consultants and field teams to convert insights into campaign strategies.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Present findings in a clear and concise manner for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Marathi (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Political Science, or any related field.

Prior experience with data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.

Knowledge of Excel, Python/R (optional), and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Ability to join immediately and commit to the project timeline.
