Junior PHP Developer

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior PHP Developer with hands-on experience in CodeIgniter to join our development team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing dynamic web applications, maintaining existing projects, and working closely with senior developers to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
• Assist in the design and implementation of new features and modules
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues
• Work with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time
• Participate in code reviews and documentation

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of PHP and CodeIgniter (v3 or v4)
• Good knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Familiarity with MVC architecture
• Ability to work with RESTful APIs
• Version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Experience with AJAX and third-party libraries
• Knowledge of Laravel or other PHP frameworks
• Basic understanding of Linux/CLI commands
• Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
