Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled DevOps Engineer with a solid understanding of infrastructure, monitoring tools, networking, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should possess a sharp mind with the ability to learn new skills quickly, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and ensure high availability and reliability of platform services.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Configure and manage load balancers, DNS, and network routing to ensure optimal system performance.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Manage containers and orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Leverage monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace to ensure platform health and performance.
• Drive CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization for faster and more reliable delivery cycles.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.) and configuration management tools.
• Maintain a high level of platform reliability through robust monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, and product teams to align infrastructure efforts with business goals.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of platform design.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance are maintained across environments.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Strong experience with networking, DNS, and load balancer routing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration with Kubernetes, especially AKS.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and services.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
