The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Manual & Automation Testing along with leadership, delivery management, and client coordination capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the QA team, defining testing strategies, ensuring software quality, handling client communication, and driving end-to-end delivery ownership across multiple projects. Experience inGame Testing will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Delivery Management ● Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team for Manual and Automation Testing activities. ● Plan, assign, and monitor testing tasks to ensure timely project execution and delivery. ● Ensure proper resource allocation, workload management, and sprint planning. ● Drive accountability within the QA team to achieve delivery timelines and quality benchmarks. ● Coordinate with Development, Design, Production, and Project Management teams for smooth projectexecution. ● Conduct performance reviews, technical guidance sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for teammembers. ● Manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. 2. Client Coordination & Project Delivery ● Act as the primary QA point of contact for clients during project execution and release cycles. ● Understand client requirements, delivery expectations, and acceptance criteria. ● Participate in client meetings, sprint reviews, demos, UAT discussions, and delivery updates. ● Share regular status reports regarding testing progress, risks, blockers, and release readiness. ● Ensure timely and quality delivery of releases, updates, and production deployments. ● Handle client escalations related to quality assurance and coordinate resolution with internal teams. ● Maintain ownership of end-to-end QA delivery for assigned projects/products. 3. Testing & Quality Assurance ● Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. ● Perform Manual and Automation Testing for Web and Mobile Applications. ● Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar tools. ● Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, Performance, Security, Compatibility, and Usability Testing. ● Perform API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. ● Identify, document, track, and verify defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail, or similar tools. ● Analyze test execution results and identify root causes of defects/issues. ● Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility testing. ● Review production issues and support troubleshooting for complex scenarios. ● Maintain testing documentation including test plans, bug reports, RTM, test reports, and QA sign-offs. 4. Release & Quality Governance ● Define QA strategies, testing standards, and quality benchmarks for projects. ● Ensure release readiness and provide final QA sign-off before deployment.● Monitor post-release quality issues and coordinate timely resolutions. ● Identify project risks, testing bottlenecks, and quality concerns proactively. ● Escalate critical issues impacting delivery timelines or software quality. ● Recommend process improvements, automation enhancements, and testing best practices. ● Contribute to CI/CD integration and continuous testing initiatives. 5. Process Improvement & Automation● Contribute to CI/CD integration and automation strategy to enhance testing efficiency and release quality. ● Improve QA workflows, testing processes, automation coverage, and overall testing effectiveness. ● Monitor testing metrics, defect trends, automation performance, and prepare quality reports for managementand stakeholders. ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies, frameworks, tools, and quality assurancepractices. ● Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend scalable QA solutions for better projectdelivery. ● Support implementation and enhancement of automation frameworks and continuous testing practicesacross projects. 6. Game Testing (Preferred) ● Perform testing for Mobile and PC Games covering gameplay functionality, performance, stability, and userexperience. ● Validate game mechanics, UI/UX behavior, and device compatibility. ● Experience in AR/VR or Unity Game Testing will be an added advantage. Required Skills & Competencies ● Strong expertise in Manual & Automation Testing methodologies. ● Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar automation tools. ● Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. ● Experience in API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. ● Familiarity with defect-tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail. ● Knowledge of Performance Testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner will be an advantage. ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. ● Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript. ● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. ● Strong project coordination and delivery management capabilities. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Eligibility Criteria ● 7+ years of experience in Software Testing for Web and Mobile Applications. ● Minimum 2+ years of experience in Team Handling / QA Lead / Delivery Lead role preferred. ● Experience in Manual and Automation Testing is mandatory. ● Experience in client handling and project delivery coordination preferred. ● Experience in Game Testing will be an added advantage. Qualification● B.Sc. / B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication / MCA ORequivalent relevant industry experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
