We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Capital Markets to join our Operations Division as a Digital Product Owner leading multiple product teams focused on delivering value within the client onboarding experience. This role combines operational efficiency with design thinking and agile delivery within a product management framework, working with key stakeholders and business partners across the firm to deliver an onboarding experience that enables human-centered complete wealth management. The position carries accountability for a suite of digital operations products and requires interpretation of user feedback, stakeholder management and deep understanding of complex systems to make decisions with substantial risk and regulatory implications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the individual accountable for one or more systems, leading a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm
• Align strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next and into the future
• Oversee management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource needs, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones and success criteria necessary to deliver on the promised business value
• Leverage depth and breadth of subject matter expertise inside and outside the Client Onboarding product area, while expanding Product Management and Design Thinking capabilities within the organization
• Collaborate with other firm leaders to attract, develop and drive a team of high-performing associates, playing a pivotal role in their ongoing personal and professional development
• Lead the matrixed product team through influence as well as task assignment authority, mentoring and coaching all team members to fulfill the product vision
• Advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the product strategy
• Interpret user feedback and manage stakeholder relationships across the firm to inform subjective decisions with legal, regulatory or financial implications

Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science or related field
• Broad and deep knowledge of financial services concepts, practices and procedures, with an emphasis in Capital Markets or Wealth Management
• Background in client onboarding or contact relationship systems
• Expertise in Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, BRD and FRD
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, User Stories, Product Roadmap and Product refinement
• Understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a teamwork and collaboration mindset
• Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and direct work in a way that maximizes both personal and team efficiency
• Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership
