Overview
We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Network Engineer to drive the design, optimization, and support of our global network infrastructure. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and leading initiatives around A10 load balancing, Palo Alto next-generation firewalls, and WAF technologies. You’ll lead critical network projects, mentor peers, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Atleast 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with A10, Palo Alto, WAF and Cicso technologies.
- Strong knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP).
- Proven success designing and supporting secure, high-availability network infrastructures.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications a plus: PCNSE, A10 Certified Professional, CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent
It would be great if you also had
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Expert-level vendor certifications (e.g., PCNSE, A10 Certified Professional, CCNP/CCIE, etc.).
- Deep hands-on experience with A10 load balancers, Palo Alto Firewalls and WAF technologies.
- Strong practical knowledge of SD-WAN, Palo Alto firewalls, and Panorama policy management.
- Advanced experience with routing, switching, and network security technologies.
- Working knowledge of Cisco Firepower and VPN technologies (IPsec, GRE, route-based VPNs, DMVPN)
What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network solutions across global environments.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for A10, Palo Alto NGFW, WAF and Cisco Routing/Switching.
- Provide Tier 4 escalation for complex network and security incidents (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Optimize routing, switching, and security architectures to improve performance and resilience.
- Drive network automation, documentation, and operational best practices.
- Mentor team members and provide technical direction for large-scale projects.
- Support on-call rotations and ensure compliance with change management processes.

- This role is part of a global Network Engineering team with members based in the United States, United Kingdom, and India.
- The team operates in a highly collaborative environment, supporting critical infrastructure across multiple regions and time zones
Work Hours
- The position follows standard India business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST), with occasional coordination required with colleagues in other geographies to support global initiatives.
