About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer to lead our engineering team in developing and deploying cutting-edge software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Java development experience and a proven track record of team leadership and process implementation. This role requires a strong technical foundation and excellent management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, efficient software solutions using Java, and Spring Boot.
• Build and deploy cloud-based applications leveraging such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Work with PostgreSQL and other database management systems to ensure optimized and reliable data storage.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and maintain best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes into workflows.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain engineering processes, tools, and standards to ensure high-quality products.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations, to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Champion agile methodologies and software development life cycles to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Drive the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot.
• Experience including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven team management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide engineers.
• Track record of developing and implementing engineering processes and standards.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms or technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
