We are seeking a Manual Tester with Adobe Analytics expertise to be responsible for test tracking implementation across web and mobile platforms, including creation of analytics reports and data validation to ensure end-to-end customer journey accuracy. The role involves generating reports and providing insights to improve product quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing across web and mobile platforms
- Design, write and execute clear comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
- Implement test tracking across web and mobile platforms
- Create analytics reports and perform data validation to ensure end-to-end customer journey accuracy
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test conditions and coverage
- Log defects, track their status and retest fixes
- Conduct network call analysis to validate tracking implementation
- Validate events, variables (eVars/props) and tracking frameworks
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases and test summary reports
- Provide insights to improve product quality
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in manual testing
- Hands-on experience in writing test cases and defect tracking
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics reports
- Knowledge of network call analysis
- Understanding of events, variables (eVars/props) and tracking frameworks
- Familiarity with customer journey concepts
- Solid grasp of software testing fundamentals, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and the software development lifecycle
- Skills in requirement analysis to identify test conditions and coverage
- Proficiency in defect reporting and management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong attention to detail to spot inconsistencies, errors or missing requirements
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for reporting issues and documenting test results
- Capability to accomplish complex engineering tasks independently
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
