About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, architecture, and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using Kotlin or Swift.
2. Translate business and user requirements into functional mobile applications with exceptional UI/UX quality.
3. Build reusable code and libraries to enhance development efficiency and maintainability.
4. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Teams to define app requirements and technical specifications.
5. Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile development environment.
6. Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency for a seamless user experience.
7. Monitor app performance and analyze crash reports post-deployment; implement fixes and updates promptly.
8. Maintain detailed documentation for code, designs, and technical decisions to ensure transparency and continuity.

Other Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

3. Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS).

4. Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.

5. Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.

6. Proficient in using version control systems such as Git.

7. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
