Notice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysJob Overview:Altimetrik is looking for experienced MuleSoft Developers who are ready to transition into a MuleSoft Business Analyst (BA) role or have prior experience as a BA. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in MuleSoft along with functional understanding of business processes and systems like SAP OTC, SAP HANA, and S/4HANA.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate integration requirements.
• Work closely with MuleSoft developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate discussions around SAP Integration, particularly with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC), HANA, and S/4HANA modules.
• Create detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, integration design documents, and data flow diagrams.
• Participate in solution design, UAT planning, and support defect triaging.
• Ensure alignment between integration capabilities and business needs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in IT with at least some exposure to Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft (as a developer or technical lead).
• Familiarity with SAP Integrations, especially SAP OTC, SAP HANA, and S/4HANA.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work independently and drive conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• MuleSoft certification (Developer/Architect/Integration Associate).
• Prior experience working as a full-time BA in an integration or ERP-focused project.
• Exposure to API lifecycle management and microservices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
