Overview
Network Operations L3 Engineer – BCS SDWAN (Urgently Required)
Experience: 8+ years
Mumbai, India (Onsite)
We are looking for an experienced L3 Network Operations Engineer to join our 24x7 NOC team. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in network operations with deep expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Routing & Switching, and data center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- L3-level support for Cisco SD-WAN & WAN technologies
- Troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, IPSEC, etc.
- Change management & implementation
- RCA, Syslog analysis, and device hardening
- Documentation & process optimization
- Knowledge of WAF, Load Balancer, and Firewall is a plus
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.)
- Cisco certifications like CCNP/CCIE preferred
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & communication skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
