Network Security Engineer

Overview

Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls)

Familiarity with network monitering and management tools

Define and implement firewall policies, NAT, VPN, and security rules

Monitor logs and traffic patterns to detect unauthorized access or abnormal activities

Configure, maintain, and monitor enterprise firewall appliances (e.g., Sophos, Palo Alto

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.

Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.

Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware.

Hands On Experience On Palo Alto Firewall Policy mgt,security rules and treat intelligence is essential
