PL/SQL Developer

Overview

Job Summary:
We are looking for a PL/SQL Support Engineer
with 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and
application support. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing,
debugging, and resolving database-related issues and supporting
business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for database-related issues in Oracle PL/SQL-based systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
• Monitor scheduled jobs (via CRON/Control-M or other tools) and resolve failures.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Write ad-hoc SQL queries and reports based on business requirements.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and correction in production systems.
• Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Document technical solutions and support runbooks.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiar with query optimization and performance tuning.
• Basic understanding of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.
• Experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys, or similar.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical teams.
• Experience in working in support or maintenance projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹306,839.45 - ₹513,185.69 per year
