About the Role :
Were looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Product/Data Analyst who sits at the intersection of sales, product and operations.
Youll own our CRM analytics, sales reporting and performance tracking, and translate messy data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
What Youll Do :
Build and maintain reports / dashboards across Sales CRM, Operations, and Product metrics.
Write SQL queries and wrangle data from multiple sources (internal databases, CRMs, Google Sheets, Excel).
Automate weekly/monthly performance reports and track KPIs across the sales funnel, conversions and RTOs.
Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks, run cohort analyses and recommend changes.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure accurate data flow between CRM and the platform.
Present insights clearly not just numbers, but the narrative behind them.
What Were Looking For :
2 to 4 years of experience in Data / Business / Product Analysis or Sales Operations.
Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, macros are your comfort zone).
Hands-on with CRM tools (HubSpot, LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.).
Bonus if you are familiar with APIs or integrations.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into data queries.
Clear, confident communicator youll often explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
