Overview
Role: Product Manager - Technical Duties and Responsibilities of Acer- Product Manager
Manage all Acer warranty calls and ensure timely closure of service requests.
Ensure smooth communication regarding service updates, technical bulletins, warranty processes, and escalations.
Attend brand-specific meetings, training, and updates provided by Acer.
Ensure timely and accurate diagnosis, repair, and closure of all Acer service tickets.
Monitor and ensure adherence to Acer’s SLA, service quality, and turnaround time.
Prepare and submit required daily/weekly/monthly reports to both Acer and internal management.
Supervise and support technical staff handling Acer product repairs.
Handle escalated customer issues related to Acer services professionally and efficiently.
Conduct periodic quality checks on repairs and service calls to maintain standards.
Ensure accurate documentation for all service jobs and warranty claims.
Coordinate with all branches for smooth execution of Acer service operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience in managing service operations, preferably for a laptop/desktop service center.
Familiarity with Acer’s service tools, warranty procedures, and reporting formats.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Technical background (Diploma or Degree).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
